- Tracy Park was a distressed, partially finished golf and country club resort in Bath purchased from the Kuwait Government
- The vision was to regenerate this stunning property to reflect its former glory, and in so doing, turn it into a profitable business
- After adding a further 9 golf holes and refurbishing the building to a high standard, the project was very successful and renewed a property of significant heritage
- A new sales and management team was introduced, which expanded the facilities to offer a highly successful bespoke wedding service
- Within the first 24 months, Tracy Park watched room sales double and club memberships grow from 500 to 1000
- The business was subsequently sold as a successful going concern
