Ameriscot Commercial is proud to have designed and built the Nova buildings on the site of the former C & A in the heart of Bournemouth. The Nova is a 120,000 square foot new build in Bournemouth town centre complete with a multi storey car park facility.
This mixed-use development project is comprised of 35,000 square feet of retail & commercial office space, 85 residential units and 25 affordable homes. All residential elements are fully sold or leased. The office elements are leased to Organix, part of the Hero Food group and the ground floor offices to Amigo Loans .
Currently we have only a live work unit to let.
