Tracy Park was a distressed, partially finished golf and country club resort in Bath purchased from the Kuwait Government.
The vision was to regenerate this stunning property to reflect its former glory, and in so doing, turn it into a profitable business. After adding a further 9 golf holes and refurbishing the building to a high standard, the project was considerably successful and renewed a property of great stature and heritage.
A new sales and management team was introduced, which expanded the facilities to offer a very successful bespoke wedding service. Within the first 24 months, Tracy Park watched room sales double and club memberships grow from 500 to 1000.
